We make the process for bespoke PVC Figures & Keyrings straightforward & as simple as possible.
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) also abbreviated to Vinyl is an ideal material from which to mould custom figures or keyrings. It allows for articulated joints, complex shapes & smooth or textured surfaces which can be replicated thousands of times over.
4 stages of creating your bespoke PVC Products
Stage 1..
We work from your visuals, images or sketches. Type of Keyring or Figure, stance, articulation & accessory options can be advised by our dedicated project manager making the absolute most of your character to suit the campaign, purpose or goal. From here a handsample will be provided (this can be tweaked if/as required). On shape approval we can proceed to painting in any colours, matching Pantone references as required.
Stage 2..
Tooling & paint moulds are started on approval of handsample, when finished these will be used to produce identical units, each identical to the approved handsample. QC checks are made throughout production.
Stage 3..
Your Custom Keyrings or Figures are now assembled, packaged as required, submitted for final QC check, CE tested & carefully packed ready for dispatch.
Stage 4..
Secure transport & prompt delivery is expertly arranged to your door (or direct to your client, as required).
Leadtime from concept to delivery of your Custom PVC Keyring, Figure or Collectable
Approximately 13-17 weeks (handsample 10 days, once this is approved tooling is 35 days, production 30-35 days (depending on complexity & quantity) & shipping 35 days or just 7 days airfreight).

What Custom PVC Keyrings & Figures branding options do you have?
Your character, mascot or asset can be produced as a custom made PVC Keyring, Vinyl Mini Figure, Bendy Figure or larger Figurine.. these can feature articulated head & limbs, including accessories of any kind. They can be stand-alone or on a plinth, branding can feature on product, plinth & on packaging (presented in headed polybag, blisterpack or window display box) which will be provided.
What’s the minimum order quantity for Custom PVC Keyrings & Figures?
Generally the minimum viable quantity is 1000 items, although a more economical quantity for an initial ‘run’ is 2000+ due to tooling/set-up costs (however larger, complex or high-value finished product can be fewer, as this will offset higher, low-volume unit cost). Re-orders can be lower.
